Interview with Founder Paul Morrow

When Paul Morrow, owner and founder of Encore Metal Roofing and Construction, learned about The Children’s Auction this past fall, he recognized an opportunity to get involved. “Anytime I hear of anything pertaining to children’s wellbeing, I instinctively want to learn more and give back”, says Paul.

A Moultonborough businessman and Air Force veteran, Paul is committed to being an active and positive presence in his community. He and his wife are passionate about being part of something bigger than themselves and Paul regularly contributes his time to organizations such as Habitat for Humanity, Vet Rest in Woodstock and Wounded Warriors.

After spending many years as a general contractor building custom homes, Paul shifted his focus in 2019 when he founded Encore Metal Roofing and Construction. “Timing is everything”, he points out and believes his company is well positioned to meet the demand of the booming housing market in the Lakes Region. “Tourists now want to live where they play”, he says. “We’re here to make that transition as easy as possible”.

Paul has built his company’s reputation on craftsmanship, integrity and superior customer service. What truly sets Encore Roofing apart, he says, is the personalized care he and his team provide to every client. By guiding customers through each stage of the construction process, they help make even large projects feel manageable and less overwhelming.

With more than 35 years of experience in the construction industry, Paul has developed a strong ability to build lasting relationships with his clients. Among the many projects completed by Encore Metal Roofing and Construction, he is especially proud of the new Miracle Farms headquarters building in Moultonborough. Still, he finds smaller home renovation projects just as rewarding and credits his skilled team of craftsmen with being able to meet any challenge.

Paul is excited to support The Children’s Fund. “Giving back is rewarding on many different levels”, he says. “We’re honored to support the Children’s Fund and excited to see what this second year as a sponsor brings”.
